Unitrust is proud to announce the successful completion of its fourth annual London to Brighton bike ride, raising an impressive £7,500 for Refuge, a women’s refuge charity.
The team of 9 riders, composed of Unitrust employees and clients, came together on a sunny day to take on the 55-mile challenge, tackling the rolling hills and sharing the ride in a true spirit of camaraderie.
The funds raised will go directly to Refuge, helping to provide specialist support services for survivors of domestic, sexual and gender-based abuse. The continued success of this annual fundraising effort highlights Unitrust's commitment to giving back to the community and supporting impactful causes.
Scott Gough, Managing Director of Unitrust, said, "We're incredibly proud of our team for their dedication and effort in completing the ride again this year. It’s not only a great way to stay active and connect with our clients, but it’s also a fantastic opportunity to support the important work that Refuge does. We’re thrilled to have raised £7,500 and look forward to continuing this tradition for years to come."
The London to Brighton bike ride remains a key event in Unitrust’s annual calendar, bringing together colleagues and clients to make a meaningful difference in their local community.
