Unitrust has been appointed by international consultancy Dar Group, to manage the security provision for a prestigious new, mixed use property situated in the heart of Holborn.
The impressive property replaces a 1980’s office block with an iconic modern 8 storey building which incorporates office space, public retail units, a café and a landscaped roof terraced garden area.
The office spaces will be partially occupied by brands owned by Dar Group including a senior management site and café to cater for Dar Group employees. One of the most stunning aspects of this beautifully designed building is the landscaped terraced garden that provides incredible views over historic London.

The security requirement includes: provision of a front of house security team, loading bay, mailroom and control room management, security for all levels of the building including the roof terrace which will be occasionally used for events.
Unitrust’s team has been in place for the last four months, during the building completion and fit out stage supplying 24 hour security cover. The fully occupied security team is now in situ providing high end, front of house support wearing a corporate uniform in line with Dar Group’s vision.
