Security is still male dominated, but that’s changing, and I’m proud we are playing a part in that progress"
At Unitrust we are working harder than ever to try and encourage more women to join our team and consider a career in community. We are proud that half of our board is made of women, we have a positive gender pay gap in favour women and we have a significant number of women in senior leadership roles. There is always more to do.
