UNITRUST CAREER PATHWAY
In the past four years, we invested in excess of £150k in staff training and our budget continues to grow as we add new members to our team. It is a significant investment but one we are fully committed to and is at the heart of the core values of our business.
Each new employee has SIA License Linked Training (LLT) to assess knowledge and address any gaps. Our Training, Learning & Development strategy starts at induction including training on health & safety, customer service, equality and diversity, dress/etiquette and more. This is the start of Unitrust’s Career Mapping Pathway.

We love to hear from young people who are looking to explore a career in the security industry. We can provide insight days and opportunities to deliver short periods of voluntary work experience.
If you are a secondary school student please be aware we can only offer work experience at our head office in Wembley and for those who are aged 16 and over.
